The Exact Night Routine That Made Waking Up Easy
a great morning routine starts the night before!
Waking up early in the morning is not easy. It's even harder when you are disorganized, exhausted, and stressed. We’ve all been there before. Maybe you had a crazy night, stayed up late finishing an assignment or lost track of time scrolling on your phone. You crash and wake up to realize that nothing is where it's supposed to be. You didn’t prepare as well as you would’ve liked for the day. So you rush through your morning, exhausted and stressed from running around, to get everything you need before you have to leave for school or work that day.
This was how most of my mornings went. I was always tired, always stressed, and always unprepared. Having my mornings start this way affected how the rest of my day went. I noticed that I wasn’t being as productive as I could've been or wanted to. Knowing that I wanted to actually begin pursuing my goals, I needed to upgrade and optimize my morning routine. So of course, I tried to make a good morning routine —and failed many times. But what I didn’t know was that the key to making my morning routine successful was starting the night before. It’s true, a good morning routine actually starts the night before! Creating a night routine helped me set up my morning for success and made moving through my morning easier with less brain power.
I’ve said this before and I'll say it a million times more, but I loooooove a good template. It makes it so much easier to design something for myself after seeing what successfully worked for someone else! This always saves time and brain power, which is exactly what this lazy girl looks for!
