Simply because these are the only things that actually worked for me. The girl who had tried and failed for years to progress in the areas of my life I wanted to grow in. Things changed when I had this revelation: laziness isn’t your identity, it's a symptom of a deeper root that needs to be addressed. Often times laziness stems from other issues such as overwhelm about planning or taking next steps, anxiety about the future, having little energy or capacity, lack of vision or direction, etc. My solutions are designed with this philosophy in mind. Always working to address the root cause and not just focus on the symptom. I am so proud to share the very system that has worked for me with The Goal Getter Notion Program. GGNP addresses all of those common problems through detailed design for every phase of goal setting.
